Really had a great experience with Jaime. I called him up, he said he would be there in 20 minutes. 19 minutes and 30 seconds later, he rolls up and is ready to go. As he was hooking the car up, he was able to show me what could possibly be the problem, and I was able to take pictures of it for my insurance company. Obviously nobody wants to have to use a tow company, but when you need one, it’s nice to know that there is one in the area with fast quality service.
Jaime came and helped me so quickly. He was kind and went out of his way to help me when i blew my tire. Jaime is the most considerate and efficient tow truck driver i have had and i truly appreciate him.
After being ran off of the road by avoiding an accident and popping all four tires by landing on a median, George was the ONLY good part of this nightmare situation. He was kind, fast, and knew I had to get an 8 year old home to bed and said “I got you! You’ll get a notification that your car is there! I’m glad you’re okay!” THANK YOU GEORGE!!!
My roadside service company dispatched this company. The wait was less than estimated and when the truck arrived, George stepped out with energy and an abundance of positivity. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I generally have pretty neutral expectations when it comes to a tow, but this company and George in particular really impressed me. I would recommend them to anyone in need.
